Who is responsible

What is collected

Nothing identifying is collected simply by reading. There is no account, no comment system and no measurement code. Personal data arrives only through the contact form and consists of your name, email address, an optional telephone number and your message. Separately, the hosting provider records ordinary access logs containing IP address, request time and browser string.

Why it is processed

Solely to answer you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely dealing with correspondence addressed to the site. Access logs are processed on the same basis for security and reliability purposes.

Who else sees it

Form submissions travel through the Telegram Bot API so the message can be delivered to the publisher in the Telegram application. That service is run by Telegram Messenger and the processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. The hosting provider has technical access to the server. No one else receives your details; they are never sold and never used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Messages are erased when the matter is finished, and at the latest twelve months after the final exchange. Hosting logs are rotated automatically within weeks.

What you can ask for

Access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Email the address above; a reply follows within a month. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, accepts complaints.

The site is intended for adults. Data belonging to anyone under 16 is not knowingly processed and will be deleted if we are told about it.
